The FasterFlip System provides education, frameworks, examples, templates, and community resources for real estate investing. The program does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, lending, construction, insurance, or investment advice.

Real estate investing involves risk, including the possible loss of money. You are responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, contractors, financing, compliance, and results.

Examples, testimonials, screenshots, deal breakdowns, and stated results are provided for illustration. They are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, available capital, experience, effort, timing, and execution.

Prices, payment options, and included deliverables are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown during checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges shown at checkout. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspended access until the account is brought current. Except where a separate written refund policy is presented at checkout or required by law, purchases are final once access is granted.

After a completed purchase, access details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Fulfillment may include a Skool invite, email communications, and internal handoff systems such as Zapier. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for checking spam or promotions folders if expected messages do not arrive.

You agree not to share, resell, copy, scrape, publish, or distribute program materials or private community content without written permission. You also agree not to harass other members, interfere with the services, submit unlawful content, or use the program for deceptive or abusive activity. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

The website, program structure, videos, worksheets, templates, written materials, branding, and related content are owned by FasterFreedom or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education. No ownership rights are transferred.

The website and program may rely on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing, Skool for community or course access, Plausible for analytics, Zapier for fulfillment workflows, hosting providers, email tools, and other operational vendors. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or program at any time. We aim to keep access reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The website, program, and related services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FasterFreedom disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or investment losses arising from your use of the website, program, or related services.

We may update these Terms when our business, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the website or program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
